Gni vingene godt inn med salt, pepper, r\u00f8kt paprikapulver og chili- eller chipottlepulver. Stek dem p\u00e5 200 \u00b0C i stekeovn i 10-15 minutter, til de har f\u00e5tt en fin brunfarge. Kutt opp en mango i terninger, finhakk en halv r\u00f8dl\u00f8k og en halv agurk. Press saften ut av en til to lime og ha over. Finhakk litt chili og bland alt godt sammen.
